Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge is glad to participate in the International Coastal Cleanup! The wildlife refuge is located in the southeastern corner of Virginia Beach. The cleanup will take place on the beachfront, covering approximately three miles of the coast. Participants should be ready to walk 1 - 3 miles for this cleanup. We will meet at Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge's Visitor Center, located at 4005 Sandpiper Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23456.
